When multiple files are downloaded by browswer (Google Chrome), sometimes, downloading is failed.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Example URL: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48129 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48140 Steps to reproduce the problem: Download the following files from chrome: 1)File 1: Searching with keyword:"Microsoft Visual Studio Test Professional 2013" (download .iso file):link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48129 2)File-2: Searching with keyword: Agents for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 with update 5(download.iso file) :link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48140 What is the expected behavior? Downloading can be completed properly. What went wrong? <Case-A> 1. During files are downloaded, one of the Notification is shown in gray. And there is no reaction even if it is tapped. (attached picture 1) 2. If we press [Download] for the other file, which is NOT in grey, the display shows a message "Only the file which was pressed is being downloaded." (attached picture 2) 3. If we continue the state of [Downloading], downloading of the file shown in grey is failed. (attached picture 3) 4. If we press the notification of [File downloading] of the file for which downloading is NOT failed, downloading is successfully continued. (attached picture 4) 5. Downloading of the file mentioned in above 4 completes. If we tap the notification of the file for which downloading was not successful, re-downloading does not occur (attached picture 5). <Case-B> 1. During downloading files, the Notifications for both files are in gray. And there is no reaction even if Notifications are tapped. (attached picture 6) 2. After that, Downloading fails. (attached picture 7) <Case-C> 1. After downloading the Notification says "1 Notification for 2 files". (attached picture 8) 2. If download Notification is tapped, display says "Each of the files are downloaded." (attached picture 9) 3. Then, downloading of both files completes properly. (attached picture 10) Did this work before? You mention 10 different attached pictures but I only see one, could you please attach the others? For "What went wrong?" you mention Case-A, Case-B, and Case-C but Case-C doesn't sound like a problem, are just Case-A and Case-B the "wrong" cases?

Case A: Downloading File1 & File2, two notifications displayed for these two files and one is with gray color download icon(downloaded failed) and another with green color(file downloaded successfully) see attached pictures 1 & 2. If click on download failed notification,re-downloading does not occurs. Case B : During downloading File1 & File 2, the Notifications for both files are in gray. And there is no reaction even if Notifications are tapped. continuing that Downloading fails for both.see attached Picture 3. Case C : Downloading File1 & File 2,the Notification says "1 Notification for 2 files" see attached picture 4. Is it works as designed? then why in case A coming two notifications for two files?please confirm.
