Unnecessary orange border seen on image preview in Camera.app

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2697.0/8149.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Glimmer,Falco, Peppy, Spring, Quawks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> go to Camera.app
(2)Take 1 picture>> again take one more picture>> Click on the captured image>> delete one picture>> and observe the second picture

Expected: Unnecessary orange border should not be seen on second image after deleting the 1st image
Actual: Instead orange boarder is seen (Refer screenshot)

This is a Non-Regression issue as the image preview is looks different from 4.3.2 to 4.4.0 version Camera.app

Note: 4.4.0 Version Camera.app is enabled in today's build

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

The orange border is shown for any focused element (it's system default behavior to highlight the current focused element). You'll also see the orange border shown on the first picture if pressing 'tab' to focus the picture before deleting it.

There was a white border in 4.3.2 that makes the orange highlight not noticeable.
