Unwanted value is seen in 'Hostname pattern' textbox after pressing Enter key.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2699.0 ced319c78e3f9acc95394d81cc6763ed9a9e8371-refs/heads/master@{#384828} 32/64-bit.
OS: All (Win 7-Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings/content and click on 'Manage exceptions' button under Cookies. 
2. Now click inside 'Hostname pattern' textbox and hit space bar 3-4 times.
3. Press Enter key and observe the textbox. 

Actual : Unwanted value is seen in 'Hostname pattern' textbox after pressing Enter key.
Expected : Unwanted value should not be seen.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series (build 30.0.1549.0)

Well, the good news is that this UI has been completely redone and there's no "hostname pattern" textbox any more. I tried these steps in the new UI and nothing interesting happened, so this is WontFix as obsolete.
