exiting full screen

Using the F11 key does not exit full screen. I have to completely close and reopen browser. No other browsers used or tested.

Chrome Version       : 49.0.2623.110
OS Version: 6.3
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. going full screen
2.attempts to exit full screen using F11 unsuccessful
3.

What is the expected result? exit full screen


What happens instead of that? nothing


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 49.0.2623.110

@kymbrown36: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations.
