Regression: Unnecessary white screen is seen after clicking on 'Fullscreen' icon of video at "ishare.rediff.com".

Issue description

Chrome Version: 51.0.2699.0 (Official Build) ced319c78e3f9acc95394d81cc6763ed9a9e8371-refs/heads/master@{#384828} 64 bit
OS: Mac

URL: http://ishare.rediff.com/video/entertainment/did-shahid-just-post-his-look-from-udta-punjab/10510225

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to above URL.
2. Play the video, click on 'Fullscreen' icon of video and observe.

Actual: White screen is seen after clicking on 'Fullscreen' icon.

Expected: White screen should not be seen on toggling the video to 'Fullscreen'.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, below is bisect info.

Good build: 51.0.2678.0

Bad build: 51.0.2679.0

I can't reproduce this issue. Though, it's not a Blink>Media problem. The video is a Flash video.

If the issue still persist, try bisecting again with per-revision bisect script.

Marking the issue as Won't Fix as the issue is no more reproducible on Chrome Stable# 53.0.2785.116 and Chrome Canary# 55.0.2860.0 on Mac.
