undo/redo queryCommandEnabled returns always true for undo (blink, contentediable)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
output expected:

false false
true false
false true (x3)

What went wrong?
output obtained on chrome 49:

true false
true false
true true (x3)

hm retested with https://output.jsbin.com/yovorot/5 and I obtain the right result:
false false

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Undo/Redo stack is allocated one for the page == IFRAMEs + main frame.
When you edit in the page, undo operations are pushed into the Undo stack shared between editor and script.
