Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.0.437.19 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://google.com/search 2. Enter text (only the text between the quotation marks!) "This is a Test:" into a text field or area 3. Mark the part "Test:" 4. Drag it to beginning of field 5. Dragged part changes to "download" What is the expected behavior? Text is moved to the new position What went wrong? Text is changed to "download" or part of word is deleted Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 You can test the described issues here in bugtracker comment field, too! Related issue: 1. Enter "Test aaa:lll" (only the text between the quotation marks!) in text field or area 2. Mark "aaa:lll" 3. Drag text to start of field or other place in area 4. Text part "aaa:" is missing Both described Drag&Drop issues in Chrom* 50.0.2659.0 and 51.0.2683.0, too.

This is happened not only start but also anywhere. Easy repro case: data:text/html,<input value="foo:bar"><input> Select "foo:bar" and drag-and-drop to next INPUT.

documentFragmentFromDragData() removes text before ":", since dragData->containsURL(DragData::DoNotConvertFilenames) returns true for it, e.g. "foo:bar" dcheng@, could you take look?
