(1)I can not setup the google cloud printer driver at windows 10 64bit

What happens instead?
the exe tries to run, then it terminates itself. I tried on server 2012, setup works. I have reboot the pc then retied. then I tried with run as administrator. no luck

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
