On setting aria-valuenow, chromevox reads aria-valuemin as minutes instead of min

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 49.0.2623.110
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: None


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. For input type range, assign aria-valuenow
2. Start chromevox, and navigate to the input

What is the expected result?
Chromevox should read - "Slider min 0 max 5"

What happens instead of that?
Chromevox reads - "Slider minute 0 max 5"

Issue is reproduced on Win 7, Mac 10.11.3 and Ubuntu 14.04 using 49.0.2623.110, canary 51.0.2698.0.
The behavior is same in 46.0.2455.0 and prior as well and from 45.0.2404.0 and below its not reading anything.
Added respective dev group to triage further.
