Google Chrome crashes intel graphics driver and the driver reboot fail.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. browsing some webs when hardware acceleration enabled.
2.

What went wrong?
tab freeze, computer UI also freeze, display driver reboot repeatedly.

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A

Tested the issue on Windows 7 using 49.0.2623.110 with below steps:

1.Enabled 'Hardware-accelerated video decode' in chrome://flags.
2.Browsed some sites in chrome.
3.Not observed any chrome freeze or crash.

hyoung1962@Could you please check the issue on clean profile and update the thread with crash id if issue still persists.
hyoung1962@, is this still an issue? if so can you please post crash ids from 'chrome://crashes' here?

PS: We have a latest M50 Stable Chrome#50.0.2661.75 available and please make sure to give a try before updating the thread.

I have switched to win10 with chrome V50, and everything is OK for now.
