Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit a page using window.open and menubar=0, let's say http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_win_open2 and open the popup. 2. press the maximize button in the toolbar (the green one) 3. Yosemite is now putting the window in full-screen What is the expected behavior? Expected, hovering on top of the window should reveal the maximize/close/minimize buttons as expected What went wrong? Nothing is available to allow the window to close. File->Close Window is the only way out Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
