Add image search support to Bing search provider

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set Bing to default search provider
2. Right click an image on any web page

What is the expected behavior?
Context menu item for "Search Bing for this image"

What went wrong?
"Search Bing for this image" menu item not available

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
