URL bar spoof with wrong host badssl

Chrome Version:51.0.2696.0 canary
Operating System: windows 7 

REPRODUCTION CASE
1. Lunch the testcase.
2. click on the button to open a new tab "google.com" then wait 2 seconds the page will load to "wrong.host.badssl.com".
3. Try to drag the lock icon and drop it in anywhere on the page.
