Is this related with cookies? Sorry I don't have clear idea where this belongs to, can someone in cookies help me to find the appropriate component/owner?

I've had this issue since as long as I can remember, I've just gotten to the point where if I want to use Plesk I use a different browser (Firefox). Same goes for my colleague. While searching for the solution I came across this old issue: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=135228 His explanation as to what happens is also spot on. I suspect it is something to do cookies and/or the handling of redirects.
