Hard to see which permissions are enabled

See attached screenshot. It's very hard here to see what is and isn't enabled. Perhaps we should add some visual indication (some green next to enabled, red next to denied, same as it is for everything else) or some other visual hierarchy?

This ideally will be resolved with Materialization where the dialog will match mobile:

Egm/felt - maybe there's already Chrome Security bug to handle the back-end change of language simplification. MD is likely primarily re-skinning. Otherwise you could re-assign to tbuckley@ to triage/mark as dupe/do a little can-can round the MK.

Lucas is materializing the OIB this quarter, this will be resolved with that change
