No, I don't think it's necessary anymore to keep this for M-52. We should instead investigate after we have 0.6 ready.

We have blocking bugs available for up to 0.7 - if you think it's going to go past that, my guess is we'll have more fine-grained milestones for 0.7 and beyond in the near-ish future, so I'd hold off on labeling with any explicit Blimp milestones for now.

Adding back projected scope so we can evaluate at the end of the project.  Don't remove those, they're not used for anything but accounting.
