Images are not displayed correctly at client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load up google.com.

What is the expected output?

Expect that the Google logo is displayed, but instead there is uninitialized-memory-looking garbage.

wez: What build of which device are you running?
Like we discussed, maybe this could be related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=597803 which causes crashes in debug builds.

So, with todays' build, are you still seeing this, wez? I can't seem to repro on a svelte device locally, and we have definitely made changes in this area.

Could you try today's build?
