Huge "-webkit-box-ordinal-group" values make content disappear

Project Member Reported by dholb...@gmail.com, Mar 31 2016

Issue description

Version: Version 51.0.2693.2 dev (64-bit)
OS: Ubuntu 16.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://jsfiddle.net/x6jnrp6h/

What is the expected output?
You should see two bordered flex containers. The text "Huge Group" should be visible.

What do you see instead?
I only see the second bordered flex container. The text "Huge Group" (in the first container) is not visible.

The only difference between the first & second containers is that we use a gigantic -webkit-box-ordinal-group in the first one. It makes sense that this value might be clamped or rejected, but it doesn't make any sense that it'd hide the content entirely.

Safari 9 on El Capitan reproduces the problem as well. In contrast, Edge & Firefox Nightly (with -webkit prefix emulation) give expected results.

(By this, I mean that the first bordered flex container simply collapses to have 0 height.)

We're not fixing bugs in -webkit-box.
