It wont force quit

Reported by needfors...@gmail.com, Mar 31 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/601.4.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.0.3 Safari/601.4.4

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome
2. Make it freeze
3. Try to force quit it

What is the expected behavior?
It is supposed to quit its process and close completely when 'Force Quit' is used on it.

What went wrong?
It doesn't shut its process down fully and becomes a 'Zombie Process' which is a process that exists and takes up memory, but does absolutely nothing and doesn't show in Activity Monitor, and refuses to quit.

Did this work before? Yes It worked like at the beginning of the year,I can't remember exactly...

Chrome version: Not sure Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
