Potentially unused variables in yuv_convert_unittest.cc

The variables |kSourceAOffset| and |kYUVA12Size| in yuv_convert_unittest.cc can potentially be declared but unused, resulting in warnings. This is because there are different define guards around their declarations compared to their uses.
