I don't see anything related to video or WebRTC in that range, so I have no idea how to triage this. 
mflodman@ - can you have someone take a look?
marpan@ - I don't see any libvpx rolls in the listed range, but do you know if anything related to libvpx was recently submitted around that time/CL range?

I think I know what this is, that machine was upgraded from 10.9 to 10.10 at March 30, which fits with the regression. I'll leave it to mflodman@ to close the bug though (in case there may be something else to look at).

Don't see any libvpx rolls in that range (which is only 1 day/yesterday).
Only changes from libvpx would come from the last roll which was last Thursday/24.

Closing per #3 and #4. It's unfortunate that the graphs are now noisier after the upgrade, but if we ant to look into it, we'll have to track that separately.
