Bad layout of page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the URL
2. Look at the result
3.

What is the expected result?

I expected a nicely rendered page.

What happens instead of that?
It's a huge mess with what looks like a table of contents overlaying the text.  Don't know if Firefox is correct either, but it doesn't overlay the text with some kind of toc.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to repro this issue on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Beta Version - 50.0.2661.57

@rtoy: Could you please re-test the same on Chrome Latest Beta Version - 50.0.2661.57 on a clean profile [Chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations.

Followed your instructions creating a new person with a clean profile.  The URL looks the same (broken).

However, I tried it again 51.0.2693.2 dev (64-bit) and a clean profile.  Everything looks nice, similar to your video. Not sure what's happening, but perhaps fixed in 51?

@rtoy: Since this issue is not reproducible on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Dev Version - 51.0.2700.0, can we go ahead and close this issue?

Closing as wontfix (not reproducible in M52).
