Non-Regression : Icons are seen Blur in Devtools When Page is Zoomed In/Out

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2695.1
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1))Launch chrome -> Open any Page(Ex: Chrome://apps)
(2) Now Press F12 to open Dev tools -> Now Zoom In/Out the Devtools page using Ctrl++/Ctrl-- and observe "Toogle Device Mode" Icon(Please refer Video)


Expected: "Toogle Device Mode" Icon should be seen clearly 
Actual: Instead  "Toogle Device Mode" Icon is seen Blur

Note: Other Icons like "Inspect an element", "Customize and Control Dev tools" ,"Animations" are also seen Blur

This is Non-Regression Issue  as "Toogle Device Mode" Icon is introduced 
from M-37

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 51.0.2695.1

This is because the icons are raster images (pngs) rather than scalable vector icons. I'd be interested in helping contribute here in converting all the icons to svg.

Does anyone have the source files for these icons which I might be able to use to export them as SVG (assuming they were created as vector objects in whatever graphics package was used to create them)...?
