bluetooth: tab indicator needs to be removed when tab crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/web-bluetooth/device-disconnect.html
(2) Click "Scan", pick a device
(3) Notice the Bluetooth Tab Indicator in the tab
(4) Open Task Manager and kill tab

What is the expected output?

The Bluetooth Tab Indicator should be gone.

What do you see instead?

The Bluetooth Tab Indicator stays there.
