What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome, open Chrome web store by navigating to above url and add 'Fish Eater' game.
2.Now open the 'Fish Eater' game from 'chrome://apps/'
3.Now click on 'play now' button and press 'F5' key from keyboard and observe at the bottom LHS of page

Actual: Glimpse of play button is seen on page reload.
Expected: Glimpse of play button should not be seen on page reload.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-41' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info :
