DevTools: captured screenshots are blurry on high-res screens (should support different screen densities)

Issue description

Version:  51.0.2695.0 canary (64-bit)
OS: Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Capture a screenshot (device mode menu)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When capturing screenshots on a high resolution screen the generated images are blurry since they have a smaller resolution (CSS pixels). Could we instead generate screenshots that take the screen density into account? (Other products: OSX' screenshot feature does this, too.) Thanks!
