Requests details aren't update in Network Panel

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://jsfiddle.net/wyuxtrzo/3/embedded/
2. Open the Network panel in DevTools
3. Throttle connection to GPRS
4. Switch to the "Result" tab

What is the expected behavior?
When a request completes its status should change from "pending" to the status code returned by the server.

What went wrong?
The request continues to be marked as pending.

Chrome version: 51.0.2695.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.2

[DevTools] Fix stale requests in Network panel not being refreshed

Fix bug where changes to network requests wouldn't be reflected in the
Network panel. For example, a finished request would show as "pending"
until a refresh was forced by filtering the request out and then
resetting the filter.
