Weird behavior of context menu is seen for any video in www.facebook.com for 'Hindi' language.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2695.0 Revision 723dfe66b1985ff2178590b15d1cc63911300737-refs/heads/master@{#384157} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, change browser language to 'Hindi' from 'chrome://settings/addLanguage', exit and relaunch chrome.
2. Login to www.facebook.com with valid credentials, rt. click to open context menu and click on "हिन्दी में अनुवाद करें" option.
3. Now rt. click on any video and observe the context menu.

Context menu shown in English momentarily.
Context menu should show in Hindi.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series.

Note: This issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

This is a bug on Facebook's side. The UI is produce by Facebook. You will see the same UI running Firefox for example.
