What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and login to www.facebook.com with valid credentials.
2. Scroll the page and go to any video (Video will play automatically)
3. Click on password bubble icon in omnibox to open password bubble.
4. Now, rt. click on video to open context menu and observe.

Wrong context menu is seen for video.
Correct context menu should be seen for video.

Note: This issue is seen only when video played automatically.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-37 series.
