Cannot scroll on page with mouse wheel stuck in iframe

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://gobistanbul.com/register.php
2. Scroll down to the list of tickets.
3.  Try to scroll with mouse wheel

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Cannot scroll

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2695.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 50.0.2661.94 and 52.0.2721.0.Unable to scroll the page to down wards.

But observing the same behavior on Firefox and IE as well.May be this is not chrome related issue.

doganhisa@ could you please once check in Firefox and update the thread.

bokan@ I can certainly reproduce this on windows. It seems to get trapped inside an iframe.

I can't reproduce it on linux though. Disabling wheel gestures doesn't fix it nor does disabling threaded scrolling.

Any ideas?

This is broken in Firefox too. The page has reimplemented scrolling itself, the document element has overflow: hidden while the body is visible and they listen for mousewheel events and then manually scroll the content. Seems like the bug is on their end.
