Cannot print pdf in Chrome 49

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://www.hkefmprc.org/Kiosk/default_horz.aspx
2. select the categories until you see the leftlet preview page
3. click blue button to print, then wait for printing

What is the expected behavior?
With Chrome version 48 or before, no problem on printing the pdf file.  The print preview dialog popup up normally.

What went wrong?
With Chrome 49, the print preview dialog popup and then close immediately.  Not printing can be done.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 48 or before

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

@kfkenneth2001: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person] and let us know your observations.

The problem still exist in Chrome version 49 and 50.
Please see attached screenshot for Chrome version and the Print(列印) button.
Before version 49, a print preview window appear after pressing the Print button. However, for version 49 and 50, print dialog appear and close immediately with no printing.
This issue happened in all PCs in my company.

Sorry that I am not referring to the browser's print function, I am talking about the using Print buttons of the web application.  You can see the javascript behide.  Normally, pressing any of the Print button will print a pdf file using the function printPDFFrame().

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 50.0.2661.94 

Screen-recording is attached.

@kfkenneth2001: Could you please perform the steps mentioned beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Uninstall Google Chrome.
2. Remove the Google Chrome Folder from C://Program Files
3. Install Google Chrome Latest Stable Version - 50.0.2661.94 
4. Do not Login to Chrome with your credentials.
5. Re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person]
