SoM: Show waterfall (masterUrl) links for chromiumos

Chrome on Chrome OS gardeners need to pay attention to four separate waterfalls. 

Failures on the different waterfalls have different priorities.

Many of the builder names are long and somewhat confusing.

To help with this, we should group failures by waterfall (masterUrl) and provide a link.
