CS Parse GN Files

It would be very useful if Code Search could parse BUILD.gn and *.gni files. This could allow things such as:

1. Clicking on filenames in sources to navigate to the source file.
2. Clicking on target labels in deps, configs, etc. to navigate to the target.
3. Clicking on imported *.gni to navigate to the imported file.
4. Clicking on variables to navigate to the variable definition.
