Seen UI Glitch on device idle for some time.

Issue description

Google Chrome	51.0.2693.2 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Platform	8130.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lulu


Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
Keep system idle for some time(more than 5 minutes)


Expected Result:
Should not be any UI Glitch.
 
Actual Result:
Seen UI Glitch.
wallpaper turns into black screen.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

I suspect something in graphics or compositing but xdai@ can you take an initial look?

I could not repro it on my Pixel device. abodeti@, do you consistently see this issue? Did you get your wallpaper back after the system resume or it's lost entirely?
I was seen couple of times and after reboot wallpaper is back.

Do you still see this issue? I can tell from the log that something unusual related to wallpaper retrieve did happen but I don't know what triggered it. Is your account a normal account? or is it a enterprise managed account? Could you check chrome://policy on your device and paste the result here? Thanks!
