css3 perspective and filter combination

Chrome Version       : 51.0.2695.0 (Entwickler-Build) (64-Bit) (all since feb. 2016 I think)
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested: Firefox, Chrome, Safari
Does it work before  : yes, older versions of chromium worked great

have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK 9.0.3 (11601.4.4)
    Firefox: OK 45.0.1
     Chrome: OK 49.0.2623.110
Chrome Canary: FAIL 51.0.2694.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) build the wrapper:
       transform-style: preserve-3d;
       perspective: 600px;
    add a children with: 
       transform: rotateX(90deg);
    = this should work in all browsers
(2) add 
       -webkit-filter: blur( 5px );
   to the children
(3) now it the perspective rotated layer is not visible anymore


What is the expected result?
a blured, perspective rotated element

What happens instead?
the element is not visible anymore

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tried several Versions of Chromium, but they never worked. Last Version i worked with (50.0.2624.0) worked.

OS: MAC OSX 10.11.3 (15D21); MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2015)

Tested the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.10.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 51.0.2695.0 with below steps:

1.Opened URL: http://codepen.io/gezeichnet/pen/XdbRxK?editors=1100
2.Observed the screen as in attached screenshot.
3.Observed the same screen in firefox, chrome 49.0.2623.110, 50.0.2624.0 versions.

Please find attached screenshots of chrome and firefox.

gezeichnet@Could you please provide expected behavior screenshot for better understanding the issue to triage it further.

Your first Screenshop (chrome.png) has the same Error. 
The third item (with perspective and blur) the box underneath is not visible.

I marked it in your Screenshot. 

Tried it today with a Win7 (VirtualBox) and Chrome Canary (51.0.2695.1 canary), no Problems. The blured box is still visible.
