What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable onscreen keyboard and select Chinese ( pinyin input method )
(2)Toggle between the keyboards ( US, US international , UK and pinyin)


What is the expected output?

The keyboard layout should toggle between the different layouts

What do you see instead?

Whenever we toggle to and from pinyin input, the virtual keyboard reloads i.e for a moment it goes away and comes back

I tried enabling a spanish keyboard layout instead of pinyin and the toggling is just as normal.The onscreen keyboard doesn't reload or disapperr and reappear when we toggle to or from spanish keyboard
