powerResume test is crashing on wolf

Performance test power_Resume is crashing on wolf in the lab, seems to have been crashing since R51-8077.0.0

This looks a lot like https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=597351 which has a similar trace on Peppy.
