'chrome://crash' always got redirected to 'chrome://crashes'

Project Member Reported by hzl@chromium.org, Mar 30 2016

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2695.0
OS: Android 5.1.1;

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit chrome://crash
(2) Also visit chrome://crashes
(3) Then visit chrome://crash again. It's understandable that auto complete will suggest chrome://crashes, but delete the extra'es'.
(4) Repeat 3), and you will find that even though you have deleted the extra'es', and then press 'enter', it still goes to chrome://crashes.

What is the expected output?
It should go to chrome://crash.

What do you see instead?
It goes to chrome://crashes.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I forgot to mention that in the video the following things happened.
1) Show that version is 51.
2) The first time it works when trying to go to chrome://crash
3) The following several times fail. Always go to chrome://crashes
4) Then it works once again.
5) Fails the following tries.
