White boxes randomly showing in version 49

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open web page. 2. Sometimes it loads all content sometimes it does not. 3. After the white boxes are highlighted over then it shows the content. What is the expected behavior? Showing all content What went wrong? Not all content is being displayed. For some reason some of it is loading like with white text until highlighted. Once it is highlighted over then it appears correctly. Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

It is an intranet site that is having the issue so I am unable to provide a URL for you. Sorry about that. It seems to be a data rendering issue because it loads correctly one time and then the next time it does not. Is it possible that it could be loading too fast and that could cause the white boxes?
