Need tagging for bookmarks

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
No feature in chrome yet.

What is the expected behavior?
Tagging feature for bookmarks will be quite helpful when you have too many bookmarks. I liked the firefox bookmark tagging feature.

What went wrong?
No tagging. 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 47.0.2526.106  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
