Chrome on My BLU Dash X 4G LTE will not load webpages

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. factory reset the phone
2. Uninstall and reinstall Andorid 5.1.1
3. Try updating the phone

What is the expected behavior?
The webpages should load

What went wrong?
Does not loads when type in a webpage.  

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.105  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Android 5.1.1
Flash Version:
