I am able to repro this issue on Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML, Chrome public apk from https://download-chromium.appspot.com/?platform=Android Chrome crashes. When same apk is installed on Nexus 6 it works fine.
I tried this same Chromium apk on my other phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it works on the Note 4 as well. Is there a possibility that this issue is due to the processor architecture? Since the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is not an ARM-based processor.

Sorry, but that isn't a site that we provide official support for. Also, that phones looks like an x86 chipset and those builds are likely targeting ARM.
