In several recent wrong auto-rebaselines, it seems that an old expectation is chosen for Win7. For example, in https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-layout-test-archives/WebKit_Win7/43177/layout-test-results/results.html, enable "expected failures", search for window-resize-vertical-writing-mode, you'll see the wrong expectations.

wkorman@ could this have the same cause as  bug 574272 ?
Yes, 574272 could explain what you describe. Thanks for moving priority. I do plan to look at this when I get a chance, so P2 is better than P3.
