chromperf newtork_WiFi_Perf result is broken

Issue description

I was chasing a possible performance regression and found that the dashboard results are broken.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=164e6ae806dfb16be7a43529b95185f58b2f8d4fecce8daa0e019bad9f107330&start_rev=23220030685600000&end_rev=26000000777400000

What is the expected output?
The side bar should have tcp_tx/rx, tdp_tx/rx four data line.

What do you see instead?
There are only udp_rx available.

My fix landed in R51-8129.0.0 can you confirm you are still seeing the data from later builds ?

If so can you send me a link to the autotest job log directory so I can investigate further.
