Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to website with web socket support
2. F12, Network, filter by WS 
3. Go to Frames
4. Select frame to see its data in json format
5. In frame data view panel expand json tree

What is the expected behavior?
vertical scroll bar to appear when data doesn't fit the panel height

What went wrong?
no scroll bar
