What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to www.facebook.com or any webpages.
2. Rt. click to open context menu and click on 'Translate to English' option.
3. Now, observe the alphabet 'T' on translate bubble.

Alphabet 'T' is seems to be chopped on translate bubble.
Alphabet 'T' should seen properly on translate bubble.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-51 series, below is bisect info.

Good build: 51.0.2688.0 
Bad build: 51.0.2689.0
