Regression: Unwanted white lines are observed under the zoom bubble for any dark theme.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 50.0.2661.57 31761a6af4781d5cfd8ab5673f485a256dd5fe12-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#425} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-enabled) URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/darkdrifter/oigcilimikkifjheejpiecojccneegdc Pre-Condition: Set the 'Material design in the browser's top chrome' flag to 'Material' Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to above url and install the theme. 2. Open a new tab page and zoom in/zoom out using (Ctrl++/Ctrl--) 3. Observe the area under the zoom bubble. Actual: Unwanted white lines are observed under the zoom bubble. Expected: Unwanted white lines should not be seen under the zoom bubble. This is a regression issue broken in M-49. I can't reproduce anything that looks problematic on my trunk build. Can you retest on trunk/canary and close if this does not occur there? We don't care about Windows MD in M-50. If this does occur, please provide screenshots of what you're seeing.

With response to comment #3: Re-checked on latest canary version 52.0.2706.0, issue is not reproducible i.e. no unwanted white lines are observed under the zoom bubble.
