OS: Linux, Windows (Win 7- Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings/contentExceptions#images
2) Click on Image exceptions list box & press Down arrow key (First entry gets highlighted).
3) Again click on Image exceptions list box, press Down arrow key and observe.

On second instance first entry is not highlighted.

On second instance first entry should be highlighted.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.1)

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.
