Unwanted scroll bar is seen in search results overlay.

Chrome Version:  50.0.2661.57 31761a6af4781d5cfd8ab5673f485a256dd5fe12-refs/branch-heads/2661@{#425} 32/64-bit.
OS: All (Win 7 Aero-enabled)

Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.parleproducts.com/footer/search.php?query=rfgertfge
2. Observe the search results overlay.

Actual: Unwanted scroll bar is seen.

Expected: Scroll bar should not be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-34.

Manual Regression Range:
Good Build: 34.0.1779.0
Bad Build: 34.0.1781.0

Note: Build no. 34.0.1780.0 does not launch.

The cited change only moved code around, so very unlikely it is the reason for this. It also doesn't touch any area that has to do with rendering.
