Wired popup issue on mebelkart.com

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome, type https://www.mebelkart.com/ 
2. Hover on the love shape button, a drop down box appears 
3. Observe

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The box closes when the cursor moves left side. And remains unclosed when move right side.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
